About

Project SHARE was created in 1985 to assist the community. Since we work and live here, the Brownsville Public Utilities Board (BPUB) believes in sharing resources with those who need a helping hand.

Because BPUB understands the value of gaining a higher education, monies from the Project SHARE program are allocated to a scholarship fund whereby deserving graduating high school seniors are awarded scholarships.

AT A GLANCE

Our Scholars take the spotlight, but we also have a lot going on behind the scenes. Take a look at our stats.

The majority of the funds have come from the annual Project SHARE Golf Tournament
